Clasic Thrash demo from 1991...

HELPLESS were a thrash band from Belfast who only recorded one demo as far as I know. The band didn’t last long though and members of the band went on to form the Grindcore styled LESSHELP (…see what they did there?) who still gig occasionally.

I bought this album back in the days just based on the cover, and man - what a gem this turned out to be. Crushing and melodic guitar work, thundering drums, atmospheric keyboards and roaring vocal. The end result is a superb melodic death metal - A true gem! Sagoth

Probably my favorite death metal album from Slovakia. It may sound oddly specific, but keep in mind that bands like Wayd and Apoplexy (both of which you should check out) also come from there. honeycombguy
